Since Ken Marquardt started this company in Eugene in 2001, we've grown from a small crew to a 75+ team across three offices. We promote from within, train thoroughly, and invest in people who show up.
We cover a lot of the Pacific Northwest
Seattle, Portland, Eugene — and everything in between. This isn't a one-city shop. If you want variety, exposure to different soils, structures, and challenges, you'll find it here.
